Advance Deposit
50% of the total rental fee is due within 10 days of making the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date.

Cleaning Fee
Non-refundable cleaning fee: $50

Damage Deposit
$100 refundable damage deposit. Please write a separate check for damage deposit, and mail with final payment.

Cancellation Policy
60 days or more - Full refund of advance deposit minus $25.00 fee.
30 to 59 days - 80% refund of advance deposit Minus $25.00 fee.
29 days or less - no refund unless the unit can be re-rented. Re-rental income credited towards refund, minus $25.00 fee.
